Radio K, known for its fresh, progressive playlists and tireless promotion of new independent music, had been saddled for years with a unique and well-executed but rather dated logo and color scheme. That changed in 2007 with the introduction of this, a modern look much more in tune with the station’s current aesthetic and audience, and featuring a typeface created and released, in true college radio spirit, locally and independently.
Pictured further down are a few unused directions for the logo that I’m somewhat fond of.
